Rose Ann Webb Steagall was born on August 5th, 1960. What a true rose she was. She was beautiful both inside and out. She worked as a nurse for 27 years- caring for others was her passion. She also was active in her church serving as a deacon and was the pianist for the youth choir. She had a wonderful loving husband with whom she was married to for 28 years and a 24 year old daughter who wanted to be just like her. She had a beautiful smile that could light up any room, and everyone who met her, loved her! She was an inspiration to so many, and a true angel on earth. Heaven gained a wonderful angel on February 11th, 2011
