HugFest 2010 Event Information
April 15, 16 and 17th, 2010
Branson, MO
Now that the hustle and bustle of the holidays is over some of us are looking forward to the NLMSF cruise Feb 6. Everyone else needs to concentrate on HugFest 2010 in Branson, MO. We have a contract with the hotel, so I need to figure out how many people plan to attend and how many rooms we will need to reserve. The hotel has given us until March 15 to finalize our numbers. If you plan to attend please let me know names, addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, how many people and how many rooms you will need, and for how many nights. The hotel has agreed to give us the NLMSF special rate for three days before and three days after HugFest. So I guess I will also need dates! I do need specific names for name tags and please indicate if and who has the LMS, that way it will be easier for first timers to recognize who is who. If you are a paid to date NLMSF member your rooms will be half price at $35.00 a night plus taxes, and a complementary hot breakfast is served each morning. Paid members will also receive a buffet dinner Friday evening, and Lunch will be served at the Annual Meeting on Saturday. I will try to put together a tour of Branson for Saturday afternoon. Please let me know if you would be interested.
