Establish a Memorial or Honorary Fund within the Foundation
Unfortunately, with this disease we experience several losses through the year. It is through the caring and sharing of these families that lose a loved one, they opt to establish a "fund" within our foundation to honor their loved one and to raise necessary dollars to further research. Many, many, thousands of dollars are generated each year through memorial gifts.
If you would like to establish a memorial fund for a loved one we would be honored to assist you with that and can assure you that every dollar that is donated will go directly toward LMS research and awareness. You may establish a memorial or honorary fund in a loved ones name by contacting Jane Moulds, the foundation at joni@nlmsf.org. or by calling the foundation at (888) 449-6805.
All donations are tax deductible under our 501 C-3 non-profit organization status. This is also a wonderful way to honor LMS Survivors for special occasions.
All checks must be made out to NLMSF with the Fund Name in the Memo.
