LMS Angel- Dorothy "Dottie" Christmas
April 10, 1942- September 8, 2006
Dottie was a loving mother of 6 and a grandmother to many grandchildren. Also known as Nana to many of them. Dottie was the sunshine in all of her kids life. She was full of life and loved her family more than everything in the world. Dottie loved gardening, drawing, yard sales, traveling and just spending time with her family. Dottie spent most of her life raising her children and working as a nurse. Dottie was diagnosed with Leiomyosarcoma in 2001. She was a fighter, she made it through surgeries, radiation, and many tough chemo treatments. Dottie was an inspiration to any and all who knew her, there is a huge loss in the hearts of her children and grandchildren, life is not the same without her here, and she is missed more than she would have ever imagined.
