Foundation Changes
The NLMSF began as a grass roots effort 7 years ago by a group of individuals whose families had been affected by a rare tumor, leiomysarcoma. Since that time it has experienced remarkable success in raising money for research into this rare tumor under the dedicated leadership of the founders of this foundation. As the NLMSF is a not-for-profit entity it is legally required to follow rules of the IRS. The documents included in this section reflect the compliance by the Board to follow the IRS regulations.
